This is a direct quote from a fellow drinker of the Holy Spirit and His Friend who posted his response on his blog with John Crowder’s permission.. ” We’ve found the freedom in not caring about reputation or having to spend ourselves on the already satiated. I’m too addicted to the Wine Room to care about that stuff. And there are so many thousands of hungry people who want to experience God in fresh new ways, why get sidetracked by a few resilient critics? Other than this forum, folks should know we won’t be scrambling to correct every inaccuracy that floats around about us on the web. In fact, we like to intentionally chuck rocks at the hornet’s nest, just to stir things up all the more, then run away snickering at the mess we’ve made.
Just wanted to clear that up, so that readers know our motives in writing this. We want to be available to the thirsty, but this is not a knee-jerk reaction to some cyber-persecution. Whenever we get defensive, we cease to be on the offense. Life is too short to continually be explaining yourself”.
For those who seek scripture and verse please, I’m reminded of what the Father said to a fellow Prophet and Mentor Russ Walden of Fathers Heart Ministries, ” Russ asked the Father Scripture and Verse please..The Father’s loving reply was “lawyers ask for scripture and verses, your not a lawyer are you?”
“And he said, Woe unto you also, you lawyers! for you load men with burdens hard to be borne, and you yourselves touch not the burdens with one of your fingers”. Luke 11:46.
Folks years ago I was stooped in a Religious Pharisaical mind. I always wanted more of God. I viewed those lives that were closest to me, i.e. teachers and pastors, leaders and professors wrapped up in their fear of man and their lack of relationship and experience in the Holy Ghost and with the Father they said they knew…it turns out they did not. I called out to the Father and He answered. Are you calling out to Him? Are you wrapped up in paper thin arguments of men of fear, worry, control or ” having a form of godliness but denying its power. Have nothing to do with such people”. 2 Timothy 3:5 The law was given to break through your religion and performance. Come to the Father now, He will not listen to your pre-rehearsed self righteous confession, all He wants to hear is this ” I need you now, I do not care what it looks like or what others may say…I need you more.
